The founder of the B Kisan venture that is doing wonders around the world, Balram Kisan is a one-man army in the field of agro science and farming. He has to his credit innumerable ventures and initiatives for the upliftment of farmers in the rural areas with a primary focus on collective involvement leading to enhanced crop production, sustainable & smart farming, dedicated research & development in the allied fields and also unique trading initiatives impacting not just the local or regional community but also leading to global presence.
Dr. Balram Kisan has enabled himself well through various formal and informal agro education qualifications. And he has utilised these abundantly to put into practice a large number of projects with the involvement of local communities, multinational vendors, NGOs and govt agencies, both domestically and at international level.
Recognized variously for his contributions both by govt and non govt organisations his most honorable achievement is the re-christening of his name from Balram Jat to Balram Kisan by the millions of people connected with him.

She brings with her almost twenty three years of aviation combat, administrative and logistics leadership. An accomplished management leader, richly awarded during her stint with the IAF, with a competitive track record of translating business strategies & objectives into practices. Highly proficient in spearheading HR functions to drive impact-driven talent management, build high performing teams for supporting company vision and directing facility management projects. Adept at liaising with govt institutions and C-level executives to manage transformation projects with in-depth understanding of policies and industry goals.
With her being qualified at both Graduate and Post Graduate levels in Environmental Sciences she is naturally suited as one of the main pillars.

Pradyumna Damani and Pragyan Damani are 2 brothers, who after pursuing their higher education in England returned to India and found the quality of food to be lacking. In an effort to improve this for us as well for others, Anantha Farms was born. Anantha Farms is an organic farm focused on growing quality produce in a sustainable manner such that we may supply all of a household’s d ietary requirements without compromising on quality, traceability and price. At the minute we have one farm spread over about 50 acres of land near Tindivanam, Villupuram district about 120 k ilometers from Chennai city growing fruits and fodder and rearing cows.
